2.1. Controls and Display

  • LCD Display: Shows current time, day, and programming status.
  • WEEK Button: Used to set the day of the week.

3. Setup

  2. Reset: After charging, use a pointed object (e.g., a pen tip) to press the recessed RESET button. This clears all previous settings and ensures proper operation. The display should show "0:00" and a flashing cursor.
  3. Set Current Time:
    • Press and hold the CLOCK button.
    • While holding CLOCK, press the WEEK button repeatedly to set the current day (MO, TU, WE, TH, FR, SA, SU).
    • While holding CLOCK, press the HOUR button repeatedly to set the current hour (0-23).
    • While holding CLOCK, press the MIN button repeatedly to set the current minute (0-59).
    • Release the CLOCK button. The time is now set.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Setting Programs (ON/OFF Times)

The timer allows you to set up to 10 ON/OFF programs for various days or combinations of days.

  1. Press the PROG button once. The display will show "1 ON" and "0:00".
  2. Press the WEEK button to select the desired day(s) for this program. Options include individual days, weekdays, weekends, or all 7 days.
  3. Press the HOUR button to set the desired ON hour.
  4. Press the MIN button to set the desired ON minute.
  5. Press the PROG button again. The display will show "1 OFF" and "0:00".
  6. Repeat steps 2-4 to set the desired OFF time for the first program.
  7. Continue pressing PROG to cycle through "2 ON", "2 OFF", up to "10 ON", "10 OFF", setting each program as needed.
  8. After setting all desired programs, press the CLOCK button to exit programming mode and return to the current time display.

4.2. Manual Override (ON/AUTO/OFF)

Press the ON/AUTO/OFF button to cycle through the following modes:

  • ON: The timer output is continuously ON, overriding all programs.
  • OFF: The timer output is continuously OFF, overriding all programs.
  • AUTO: The timer operates according to the programmed ON/OFF schedules. This is the standard operating mode for automated control.

Ensure the timer is in AUTO mode for your programs to execute.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the timer with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or immerse the device in water.
  • Storage: If storing the timer for an extended period, ensure it is fully charged periodically to maintain the internal battery's health.
  • Environment: Use the timer indoors only, in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity.

6. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Display is blank or dim. Internal battery is not charged. Plug the timer into a live power outlet for at least 10-15 minutes to charge the battery.
Timer does not turn ON/OFF at programmed times.
  • Timer is not in AUTO mode.
  • Incorrect program settings.
