Plumbing Connections
The panel connects directly to water pipe fittings using chrome-plated brass hoses. Reinforced pipes are located on the back of the unit.
- Connect the hot and cold water supply lines to the corresponding inlets on the back of the shower panel.
- Use thread sealant tape on all threaded connections to prevent leaks.
- Tighten all connections firmly with a wrench, but do not overtighten.

Maintenance
Cleaning
- Regularly clean the stainless steel surface with a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
- To prevent water spots, wipe the panel dry after each use.
- For stubborn water spots, a small amount of baby oil applied with a soft cloth can help restore shine.
- Periodically check and clean the nozzles of the showerheads and body jets to remove mineral buildup.
Access for Maintenance
The shower panel is designed with an open back for ease of access during installation and for any future maintenance requirements.
Troubleshooting
- Low Water Pressure: Check your home's main water supply pressure. Ensure all valves are fully open. Verify that the shower panel's internal connections are not obstructed.
- Leaks: Inspect all plumbing connections for tightness. If leaks persist, re-apply thread sealant tape and re-tighten.
- Inconsistent Water Temperature: Ensure the thermostatic control knob is set correctly. If the issue persists, consult a professional plumber to check the thermostatic valve.
- No Water from a Specific Function: Check the individual control knob for that function to ensure it is fully open. Inspect the nozzles for blockages.
