4. Installation
4.1 Pre-Installation
- Ensure the main water supply is turned off.
- Clear the area under the sink for easy access.
- Confirm your sink or countertop has a 35 mm diameter tap hole.
4.2 Installation Steps
- Prepare the Faucet: Connect the hot and cold water supply hoses to the faucet body. Ensure they are hand-tightened, then gently tighten with a wrench.
- Mount the Faucet: Insert the faucet body through the tap hole in your sink or countertop. From underneath, slide the stabilization plate (if using for a stainless steel sink) and then the rubber washer and metal washer onto the threaded shaft. Secure with the mounting nut. Tighten firmly but do not overtighten.
- Connect Water Supply: Connect the hot and cold water supply hoses to your corresponding hot and cold water valves. Ensure a secure, leak-free connection.
- Install Pull-Out Spray Hose: Connect the pull-out spray hose to the designated port on the faucet body underneath the sink. Attach the counterweight to the pull-out hose at an appropriate height to ensure smooth retraction.
- Test for Leaks: Slowly turn on the main water supply. Check all connections for any signs of leakage. Operate the faucet to ensure proper water flow and temperature control.

5. Operation
- Water Flow and Temperature: The single lever handle controls both water flow and temperature. Lift the handle to increase flow. Move the handle left for hot water and right for cold water.
- Cold Start Function: When the handle is in the central position, only cold water flows, contributing to energy efficiency. Hot water is only activated when the handle is moved to the left.
- Pull-Out Spray: Gently pull the spray head from the spout to extend the hose. This feature is useful for rinsing the sink, cleaning larger items, or filling pots outside the sink basin. After use, guide the spray head back into the spout until it clicks securely into place.
- 360° Swivel Spout: The faucet spout can rotate 360 degrees, offering maximum flexibility for various sink configurations, including kitchen islands.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the faucet regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
- Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Do not use abrasive sponges, scouring pads, or cleaners containing alcohol, ammonia, bleach, or phosphoric acid, as these can damage the chrome finish and internal components.
- Aerator Maintenance: Periodically unscrew and clean the aerator at the tip of the spout to remove any mineral buildup that may affect water flow.
- Ceramic Cartridge: The integrated ceramic cartridge is designed for long-lasting, smooth operation and typically requires no user maintenance.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Low water flow | Clogged aerator; partially closed shut-off valve; debris in supply line. | Clean or replace aerator; ensure shut-off valves are fully open; flush supply lines. |
| Leaks from connections | Loose connections; damaged washers. | Tighten connections; replace washers if damaged. |
| Pull-out spray does not retract fully | Counterweight improperly positioned or obstructed; hose kinked. | Adjust counterweight position; check hose for kinks or obstructions. |
| Water temperature not consistent | Water heater issues; cartridge malfunction. | Check water heater settings; if problem persists, contact support for cartridge replacement. |
