Installation Steps Overview:
- Prepare the Wall:
Locate wall studs (for wooden stud walls) or identify suitable concrete/brick areas. Use the provided paper template to mark the drilling holes accurately. Ensure the wall bracket is level before marking.

- Drill Pilot Holes:
Drill holes according to the specified drill bit sizes and depths for your wall type (concrete or wooden stud). Refer to the manual for exact measurements.
- Attach Wall Plate:
Secure the horizontal wall plate to the wall using the appropriate screws and anchors from the hardware pack. Ensure it is firmly attached and level.
- Attach TV Brackets:
Attach the vertical TV brackets to the back of your TV. Select the correct screw length and use spacers if necessary to ensure a secure fit without damaging the TV. The spring-lock design and direction indicators on the brackets assist with correct orientation.
- Mount the TV:
With assistance, carefully lift the TV and hook the vertical TV brackets onto the horizontal wall plate. The top hooks will latch over the wall mount, allowing for minor adjustments before securing the bottom.
- Secure the TV:
Pull the release straps at the bottom of the TV brackets to engage the spring-lock mechanism, securing the TV firmly to the wall mount. Ensure both sides are locked into place.
Operating Instructions
The QualGear QG-TM-002-BLK is a fixed wall mount, meaning it does not offer tilting, swiveling, or extending capabilities. Once installed, your TV will sit very close to the wall.
