Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 thinly sliced onion
- 3 thinly sliced garlic cloves
- 1 cup blanched broccoli florets
- 1 15-ounce can REESE Baby Corn, drained
- 1/2 cup TY LING Bean Sprouts
- 1 sliced jalapeño chili
Instructions:
- Blend first 4 ingredients in small bowl.
- Heat oil in wok on medium heat. Add onion & garlic, stir-fry until golden. Increase heat to high, add florets, corn and bean sprouts; stir-fry 3 minutes.
- Add first mixture to vegetables, blend well. Add chili, reduce heat to medium and stir-fry 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
