2. While holding the blue collar, TURN the nozzle (B) counter-clockwise approximately 1/8 turn until it stops.
3. PULL the nozzle UP to its highest position.
4. PUSH the nozzle DOWN to dispense the product.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 until the product flows freely, indicating the pump is primed.

Operating Instructions

For Pots, Pans, and Dishes:

• Use 29-58 ml (1-2 ounces) of Dawn per 37.1 liters (10 gallons) of water in a sink.
• If using a convenient Dawn hand pump, one full stroke dispenses approximately 29 ml (1 ounce).
• Make up a fresh sink solution as needed for optimal cleaning performance.

For Food Plant Use:

• Surfaces that come into contact with food must be rinsed with potable water after cleaning with Dawn Professional Dish Detergent.

• Coat the base of the item to be cleaned with Dawn, then fill the bottle with water.
• For heavy-duty cleaning, make a solution of 9.5 ml (0.32 fl oz) per 2.5 gallons of hot water.
