1. Introduction

The BLACK+DECKER CM1640 40V MAX* Cordless 16-Inch Lawn Mower is designed for efficient cutting and the freedom of cordless convenience. 4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Starting the Mower

Once batteries are inserted and handles are secured, press the start button and engage the bail switch to begin mowing.

4.2 Adjusting Cutting Height

The mower deck features 6 adjustable height settings, with a cut height ranging from 1-1/5 inches to 3-1/5 inches. Use the single-lever height adjustment to raise or lower all four wheels simultaneously to your desired cutting height.

4.3 AUTOSENSE Technology
