- Place the main bowl onto the motor unit, aligning the handle with the safety interlock. Turn clockwise until it locks into place.
- If using the medium or mini bowl, place it inside the main bowl, ensuring it sits correctly.
- Attachment Placement: Select the appropriate blade or disc for your task. Carefully place it onto the central spindle inside the bowl.
- Lid Placement: Place the lid onto the bowl, aligning the feed tube with the bowl handle. Turn clockwise until it locks securely. The appliance will not operate unless the lid is correctly locked.
4. Operating Instructions

Control Panel:
- Arrete (Stop): Stops the motor.
- Marche (Run): Starts continuous operation.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Caution: Blades are very sharp. Handle with extreme care during cleaning and storage.
