  • Use only with compatible magnetic cookware (e.g., cast iron, magnetic stainless steel). Non-magnetic materials like glass, ceramic, aluminum, or copper will not work.
  • Ensure the power outlet is a 120V, 20A dedicated circuit to support the 1800W power output. Using an inadequate circuit may cause tripping or damage.
  • The cooktop surface remains hot after use due to residual heat from the cookware. Avoid touching the surface immediately after cooking.
  • Do not immerse the cooktop in water or any other liquid. Avoid spills on the control panel or heating surface, especially near electrical components.
  • Utilize the Child Lock function to prevent accidental operation.
  • The unit features automatic shut-off if no compatible cookware is detected or if overheating occurs.

3. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.

  3. Power Connection: Plug the cooktop into a standard 120V, 20A electrical outlet.
  4. Cookware Test: Use the provided magnet sticker to test your cookware. If the magnet sticks firmly to the bottom of your pot or pan, it is compatible with the induction cooktop.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Operation

  1. Place compatible cookware containing food or liquid on the center of the cooktop.
  2. Press the ON/OFF button to power on the unit. The LED display will illuminate.
  3. Select your desired cooking mode (Power or Temperature) using the MODE button.
  4. Adjust settings using the + and - buttons.
  5. To turn off, press the ON/OFF button again.

4.2 Power and Temperature Settings

  • Power Levels: Choose from 8 preset power levels (300W, 500W, 700W, 1000W, 1200W, 1400W, 1600W, 1800W).
  • Temperature Levels: Select from 8 preset temperature levels (150°F, 200°F, 260°F, 300°F, 350°F, 400°F, 425°F, 450°F).
  • These settings are suitable for various cooking methods including frying, searing, braising, stewing, steaming, boiling, and slow cooking.

4.3 Timer Function

  • Press the TIME (min) button to activate the timer.
  • Use the + and - buttons to set the desired cooking duration, up to a maximum of 3 hours.
  • The cooktop will automatically shut off once the timer expires.

4.4 Child Lock Function

  • Press the LOCK button to engage the child lock. This prevents accidental changes to settings or powering on/off.
  • To deactivate, press and hold the LOCK button until the indicator light turns off.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Always unplug the cooktop and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Wipe the ceramic glass surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  • For stubborn stains, use a ceramic cooktop cleaner.
  • Clean the exterior housing with a soft, damp cloth. Do not allow water to enter the internal components.
  • The included stainless steel pot is dishwasher safe.
