If the fixture does not operate correctly, refer to the following troubleshooting guide:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Light does not turn on | No power to the fixture; Loose wiring connection; Faulty switch or circuit breaker. | Check circuit breaker and wall switch. Verify all wire connections are secure. Test the circuit with another device. |
| Light flickers or dims inconsistently | Incompatible dimmer switch; Loose wiring; Voltage fluctuations. | Ensure dimmer is compatible with LED fixtures. Check wire connections. Consult an electrician for voltage issues. |
| Light output is too low | Dimmer setting is too low; Incorrect fixture for application. | Adjust dimmer to maximum brightness. Verify the fixture's lumen output meets your lighting needs. |
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, contact customer support or a qualified electrician.
