6.1 Draining Water
After each use, ensure the unit is unplugged and completely cool. Carefully unscrew the water tank cap and drain any remaining water from the reservoir. This helps prevent mineral buildup.
6.2 Cleaning Mineral Buildup
To maintain optimal performance and extend the life of your steam cleaner, periodically clean mineral buildup from the water tank. Consult the full product manual for detailed instructions on descaling procedures, typically involving a vinegar solution.
6.3 Cleaning Accessories
Clean all accessories after use. Most brushes and pads can be rinsed with water. Ensure they are dry before storing.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Steam: Check if the unit is plugged in, powered on, and the indicator light is green. Ensure the water tank is filled.
- Low Steam Pressure: The water tank might be low, or there could be mineral buildup. Refill the tank or perform descaling.
- Water Leaking: Ensure the water tank cap is securely tightened and accessories are properly attached.
- Unit Not Heating: Verify the power connection and ensure the On/Off switch is engaged. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
