Setup
Unpacking and Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any signs of damage.
Placement
Position the pump inside your aquarium using the magnet holder. Ensure the magnet holder is securely attached to both the inside and outside of the aquarium glass. The pump can be adjusted in 3D for optimal flow direction.
Electrical Connection
Connect the pump to the power supply unit. Plug the power supply unit into a suitable electrical outlet. Ensure a drip loop is formed with the power cord to prevent water from traveling along the cord to the outlet.
Optional: Wide Flow Propeller Housing Installation
The pump comes with an additional WIDE FLOW propeller housing. To install it:
- Gently remove the standard propeller housing by twisting or pulling it off.
- Align the WIDE FLOW housing with the pump unit and push it firmly into place until it clicks.

Initial Start-up

Flow Rate Adjustment
The pump features electronic speed control. If using a compatible Tunze controller (7092, 7095, or 7096), refer to the controller's manual for detailed instructions on adjusting flow rate, pulse modes, and other advanced settings.
The flow rate can be adjusted from 3,000 up to approximately 13,000 liters per hour (700 to approximately 3,400 US gallons per hour).
Quiet Operation
