Installation Steps
- Battery Installation:
Open the battery compartment on each handset. Insert the provided rechargeable battery, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment cover securely.
- Connect the Telephone Base:
Plug one end of the telephone line cord into the TEL LINE jack on the back of the telephone base. Plug the other end into a telephone wall jack. Connect the AC adaptor to the power jack on the base and then into a standard electrical outlet.

- Connect the Handset Charger:
Plug the second AC adaptor into the power jack on the handset charger and then into a standard electrical outlet.
- Charge the Handsets:
Place each handset in its respective charging cradle (one on the telephone base, one on the separate charger). Allow the handsets to charge for at least 16 hours before initial use to ensure optimal battery performance.
- Date and Time Setting:
Follow the on-screen prompts on the handset display to set the date and time. This is important for Caller ID records.
Operating Instructions
Making and Receiving Calls
- To Make a Call: Press TALK/FLASH, then dial the number.
- To Answer a Call: Press any dialing key (0-9, #, *) or TALK/FLASH.
- To End a Call: Press OFF/CANCEL or place the handset in the charger.
Key Features
- Full Duplex Handset Speakerphone:
Enjoy hands-free conversations. Press the SPEAKER button during a call to activate or deactivate the speakerphone. This feature allows both parties to speak and be heard simultaneously.

- Caller ID/Call Waiting:
The handset display shows the name, number, time, and date of incoming calls. If you subscribe to Call Waiting, you will hear a tone when another call comes in while you are on the phone. Press FLASH to switch between calls.
- Backlit Keypad and Display:
The entire keypad and LCD screen illuminate for easier viewing and operation in low-light conditions.

- Handset Intercom:
