Setup
Before first use, please install the batteries and assemble the scale.
- Battery Installation: The scale requires 2 AAA batteries. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the handle. Open the cover, insert the batteries according to the polarity indicators (+/-), and close the cover securely.
- Bowl Assembly: Place the stainless steel mixing bowl onto the main unit. Ensure it is seated correctly and stable.

Operating Instructions
Familiarize yourself with the control buttons on the handle:
- ON/OFF/ZERO: Powers the scale on or off, and performs the tare (zero) function.
- MODE: Switches between weighing modes (e.g., grams, ounces, milliliters).

Weighing Ingredients
- Place the scale on a firm, flat surface.
- Press the ON/OFF/ZERO button to turn on the scale. The display will show "0" or "0.0".
- Press the MODE button to select your desired unit of measurement (g, oz, ml).
- Place the ingredient directly into the stainless steel bowl. The weight will be displayed.
- To weigh additional ingredients without removing the first, press the ON/OFF/ZERO button to tare (zero) the scale. The display will return to "0", allowing you to add the next ingredient.

Weighing Liquids
The stainless steel bowl features graduated markings for direct liquid measurement up to 1500 ml.
- Ensure the scale is on and set to the 'ml' unit using the MODE button.
- Pour the liquid into the bowl. The volume will be displayed digitally, and you can also reference the markings on the inside of the bowl.

Automatic Shutdown
