3. Bluetooth Pairing
The MOGA Pro Power controller offers two modes: Mode A (MOGA Pivot App) and Mode B (HID Standard Bluetooth). For most modern Android devices (Android 5.0 and above) and broader game compatibility, Mode B (HID) is recommended.
- Locate the A/B/OFF switch on the front of the controller.
- Slide the switch to the 'B' position to activate HID mode.
- On your Android device, go to Settings > Bluetooth and ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
- The controller should appear in the list of available devices (e.g., "MOGA Pro Power"). Select it to pair.
- Once paired, the indicator lights on the controller will confirm connection.
Note: Mode A is designed for the MOGA Pivot app, which may have limited game support and can sometimes experience connectivity issues. If you encounter problems, always try Mode B first.
4. Connecting to a Tablet or TV
For tablets, use the included tablet stand. For TV connectivity, if your Android device supports MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) output, you can connect it to your TV using an appropriate MHL cable (sold separately) for a larger screen gaming experience.
Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off
To power on the controller, slide the A/B/OFF switch to either 'A' or 'B' position. To power off, slide the switch to 'OFF'.
2. Using the Controls
The MOGA Pro Power features a standard console-style layout:
- Dual Analog Sticks: Provide precise 360-degree movement and are clickable (L3/R3).
- D-Pad: A directional pad for discrete directional input. While functional, some users may find it stiff for highly precise platforming games.
- Action Buttons (A, B, X, Y): Standard four-button layout for in-game actions.
- Shoulder Buttons (L1, R1) and Triggers (L2, R2): Located on the top of the controller for additional actions. The triggers offer a good feel and responsiveness.
- START/SELECT Buttons: For in-game menu navigation and options.

3. Charging Your Phone While Playing
Connect your phone to the controller using the MOGA Boost charging cable. The controller's internal 2200 mAh battery will provide power to your phone, extending your gaming sessions. Be aware that charging your phone will consume the controller's battery faster.
4. Gaming Experience
Once paired in Mode B, most controller-compatible Android games will automatically recognize the MOGA Pro Power. For emulators, ensure the emulator settings are configured to use a standard HID gamepad.

Maintenance
Cleaning
To maintain the appearance and functionality of your controller, regularly clean it with a soft, dry cloth. The polished black plastic surfaces and grooves can attract dust, dirt, and fingerprints. For stubborn grime, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the ports or internal components.
Battery Care
To prolong the life of the internal rechargeable battery, avoid fully discharging it frequently. If storing the controller for an extended period, charge it to approximately 50% capacity and store in a cool, dry place.
Troubleshooting
Controller Not Connecting via Bluetooth
- Ensure the controller is switched to 'B' mode (HID).
- Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your Android device.
- Forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and attempt to re-pair.
- Restart both your phone and the controller.
- Ensure the controller battery is sufficiently charged.
Buttons or Analog Sticks Unresponsive
- Confirm the controller is properly paired and connected.
- Test the controller with a different game or a gamepad testing app to rule out game-specific issues.
- Ensure no debris is obstructing the buttons or sticks.
Phone Not Charging from Controller
- Ensure the MOGA Boost charging cable is securely connected to both the controller and your phone.
- Verify the controller has sufficient battery charge.
