Setup and Assembly

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Dispose of packaging materials responsibly.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (except the motor unit) in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
  3. Attaching Accessories:
    • Align the desired attachment (e.g., blender shaft, whisk gear box, food processor lid) with the motor unit.
    • Push the attachment onto the motor unit until it clicks securely into place. Ensure it is firmly attached before use.
    • To detach, press the two release buttons on the sides of the motor unit and pull the attachment off.
  4. Power Connection: Ensure the appliance is unplugged during assembly. Only plug into a suitable power outlet (230 Volts) once fully assembled and ready for use.

Operating Instructions

Always ensure the appliance is correctly assembled and plugged in before starting. Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 1 minute with heavy loads to prevent overheating. Allow a cooling period between cycles.

Using the Hand Blender Shaft:

  1. Attach the blender shaft to the motor unit.
  2. Immerse the blender shaft into the ingredients. For best results, ensure the PowerBell is fully submerged.
  3. Press and hold the Smart Speed button. The speed will increase as you apply more pressure.
  4. Move the blender gently up and down to ensure even blending.
  5. Release the Smart Speed button to stop the appliance.
  6. Recommended uses: Soups, sauces, purees, baby food, smoothies.

Using the Whisk Attachment:

  1. Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box, then attach the gear box to the motor unit.
  2. Use in a deep bowl or the provided 600ml beaker.
  3. Press the Smart Speed button to start. Use lower speeds for delicate tasks and gradually increase as needed.
  4. Recommended uses: Whipping cream, beating egg whites, mixing batters for pancakes or cakes.

Using the Chopper (350ml) / Food Processor (1.5L):

  1. Place the blade or disc onto the central pin in the bowl.
  2. Add ingredients to the bowl.
  3. Place the lid onto the bowl and twist to lock.
  4. Attach the motor unit to the lid until it clicks.
  5. Press the Smart Speed button to operate. Pulse for coarse chopping or hold for finer results.
  6. Recommended uses:
    • Chopper: Herbs, nuts, onions, small amounts of meat.
    • Food Processor: Kneading dough (with dough hook), chopping larger quantities, shredding, slicing (with respective discs).

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your appliance.

  1. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  2. Motor Unit: Wipe with a damp cloth only. Do not immerse in water.
  3. Blender Shaft, Whisk, Chopper/Food Processor Bowls, Lids, Blades, Discs, Beaker: These parts are dishwasher safe (top rack only) or can be washed by hand in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.
  4. Blades: Handle blades with extreme caution as they are very sharp.
  5. Stubborn Food Residue: For the blender shaft, fill the beaker with warm water and a drop of dish soap, immerse the blender shaft, and operate for a few seconds. Rinse afterwards.
  6. Storage: Store the appliance and its accessories in a dry, safe place, out of reach of children.
