4. Setup
4.1 Installing Batteries
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the monitor.
- Insert four AA batteries according to the polarity indications (+/-) inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
4.2 Attaching the Arm Cuff
- Insert the air plug of the arm cuff into the air jack on the left side of the monitor. Ensure it is firmly inserted.
- The cuff is designed for arm circumferences between 22 cm and 32 cm. Ensure your arm fits within this range for accurate readings.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Taking a Measurement
- Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
- Wrap the arm cuff firmly around your upper left arm, approximately 1-2 cm above your elbow. Ensure the air tube runs down the center of your arm.
- Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will begin to inflate automatically using IntelliSense technology.
- Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.
- Once the measurement is complete, your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
