Introduction
The VEMER VE075800 HIPNOS is a daily programmable wall thermostat designed for precise temperature control in your home. It features 24 sliders for programming, battery power, and supports both ON/OFF and proportional regulation in Summer/Winter modes. Its LCD display shows the measured temperature and set program.

1. Setup
1.1. Battery Installation
The thermostat requires 2 x 1.5V AA alkaline batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment, insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity, and close the compartment. The device features a low battery indicator.
1.2. Mounting
The thermostat is designed for wall installation. It can be mounted directly on the wall or to cover a 3-module flush-mounted box. Ensure the mounting location is free from direct sunlight, drafts, or heat sources that could affect temperature readings.

1.3. Wiring
Wiring should be performed by a qualified professional. Refer to the wiring diagram provided in the packaging and on the device itself. The thermostat supports a 5A / 250V~ connection.

2. Operating Instructions
2.1. Daily Programming with Sliders
The thermostat features 24 sliders, one for each hour of the day. To program the desired temperature for a specific hour, adjust the corresponding slider. The display will show the temperature associated with the current slider position. Push the slider up for a higher temperature, or down for a lower temperature.

2.2. Manual Temperature Adjustment
Use the knob on the front panel to set the temperature for manual operation. This overrides the programmed settings temporarily.
2.3. Mode Selection
The thermostat supports ON/OFF or proportional regulation. It also features a Summer/Winter mode selection to adapt to different seasonal heating or cooling needs.

2.4. Programming Example Video
Video 1: This video demonstrates how to program the daily temperature settings using the sliders on a similar VEMER Hipnos thermostat. It shows opening the cover, adjusting sliders for each hour, and then closing the cover to activate the program.
3. Maintenance
3.1. Battery Replacement
When the low battery indicator appears on the display, replace the 2 x 1.5V AA alkaline batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation. Refer to section 1.1 for battery installation instructions.
3.2. Cleaning
Clean the thermostat's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the device's surface or internal components.
4. Troubleshooting
- No display or unresponsive: Check battery installation and replace batteries if necessary.
- Incorrect temperature reading: Ensure the thermostat is not exposed to direct sunlight, drafts, or heat sources.
- Heating/Cooling not activating: Verify that the desired temperature is set correctly and that the thermostat is in the appropriate operating mode (Summer/Winter). Check the position of the hourly sliders.
- Programming issues: Ensure each slider is fully engaged in its desired position.
