Maintenance
Cleaning
Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case to maintain optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surfaces. For ear tips, remove them from the earbuds and clean with a mild soap solution, then rinse and dry thoroughly before reattaching.
Caution: Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the earbuds or case in liquid.
Water Resistance
The EAH-AZ60-K earbuds are IPX4 water resistant, meaning they are protected against splashing water from any direction. This makes them suitable for use during workouts or in light rain. The charging case is not water resistant.
Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the earbuds and case frequently. Store them in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Troubleshooting
No Sound or Poor Sound Quality
- Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears.
- Verify that the correct ear tip size is used for a snug fit. An improper fit can significantly affect sound quality and noise cancellation.
- Check the volume level on both your connected device and the earbuds.
- Ensure the earbuds are charged.
- Confirm that the earbuds are correctly paired with your device.
Bluetooth Connectivity Issues
- Turn off the Bluetooth function on your device for a few minutes, then turn it back on and attempt to reconnect.
- Ensure the earbuds are within the Bluetooth range (up to 10 meters) of your device.
- Clear the pairing history on your device and re-pair the earbuds.
- Ensure there are no obstructions or strong interference sources between the earbuds and your device.
Poor Call Quality
- Ensure the microphones are not obstructed.
- Check for strong wind noise in your environment; JustMyVoice technology helps but extreme conditions can still affect clarity.
- Confirm a stable Bluetooth connection.
