Setup
1. Battery Installation

2. Connecting the Timer

Understanding the Display and Buttons
The Galcon 9001D features an LCD display and six control buttons for programming and manual operation.

- MODE Button: Cycles through programming modes (Time, Duration, Days, Cycle).
- SET Button: Confirms selections and enters programming sub-menus.
- Arrow Buttons (←, →): Navigate between settings or adjust values.
- Plus (+) / Minus (-) Buttons: Increase or decrease numerical values.
Setting the Current Time
- Press the MODE button until 'Time' is displayed.
- Press SET. The hour will flash.
- Use the + or - buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press the → button to move to minutes, then adjust with + or -.
- Press SET to confirm the time.
Programming Watering Schedules
The timer allows for up to four start times per day, with weekly or daily programming options.
- Set Duration: Press MODE until 'Duration' is displayed. Press SET and use +/- to set the watering duration (1 minute to 12 hours). Press SET to confirm.

- Set Cycle (Start Times): Press MODE until 'Cycle' is displayed. Press SET. Use ←/→ to select one of the four available start times. Use +/- to set the desired start time. Repeat for additional start times. Press SET to confirm all cycles.
Manual Operation
To manually turn the water on or off:
- Press the button labeled 'manual' (often indicated by a water droplet icon).
- The valve will open, and water will flow.
- Press the 'manual' button again to close the valve and stop the water flow.
Rain-Off Suspension
To temporarily suspend watering due to rain or other reasons:
- Press the button labeled 'rain off' (often indicated by a cloud icon).
- The timer will suspend all programmed watering cycles for a set period (e.g., 24, 48, 72 hours). Use +/- to adjust the suspension duration.
- To cancel rain-off mode, press the 'rain off' button again.
Maintenance
Battery Replacement

Cleaning
