Setup
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all parts of the chopper attachment (bowl, blade, lid) in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The lid with gearbox should not be submerged in water; wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
- Assemble the Chopper:
- Place the chopper blade onto the center pin inside the chopper bowl. Ensure it sits securely.
- Add your ingredients to the chopper bowl. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
- Place the chopper lid onto the bowl, aligning the tabs, and twist clockwise until it locks into place.
- Attach to Hand Blender:
- Ensure your Braun MultiQuick hand blender motor unit is unplugged.
- Align the chopper lid's gearbox with the motor unit.
- Press the motor unit onto the chopper lid until you hear a "click," indicating it is securely locked using the EasyClick system.

Operating Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Cut larger ingredients into smaller, uniform pieces (approximately 2-3 cm) before placing them in the chopper bowl.
- Connect Power: Plug the hand blender motor unit into a power outlet.
- Chop: Press and hold the speed button on your hand blender motor unit to begin chopping. Use short pulses for coarse chopping or hold for a longer duration for finer results.
- Monitor Progress: Observe the consistency of the ingredients through the transparent bowl.
- Stop Operation: Release the speed button to stop the motor.
- Remove Ingredients: Unplug the hand blender. Detach the motor unit from the chopper lid. Carefully remove the chopper lid, then carefully remove the blade before emptying the chopped ingredients.
Recommended Usage:
- Herbs: For best results, ensure herbs are dry.
- Nuts: Chop in short pulses to avoid turning them into butter.
- Hard Cheese: Cut into small cubes before chopping.
- Onions/Carrots: Cut into quarters or smaller pieces.
- Meat: Ensure meat is boneless and cut into small cubes. Do not process frozen meat.

Cleaning and Maintenance

- Always unplug the hand blender motor unit before cleaning.
- Chopper Bowl and Blade: These parts are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
- Chopper Lid with Gearbox: This part is not dishwasher safe and should not be submerged in water. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Ensure no food particles enter the gearbox mechanism.
- Stubborn Food Residue: For difficult-to-remove food, soak the bowl and blade in warm soapy water before cleaning.
