- Insert the Pins: Carefully insert one side of the Pinlock lens onto a pin. While keeping the visor flexed, gently push the other side of the Pinlock lens onto the second pin.
- Check the Seal: Release the visor. The Pinlock lens should now be securely in place with a tight seal around its edges. If there are gaps, remove the lens, flex the visor more, and re-install.
