3. Location and Leveling

Place the washing machine on a firm, flat surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for ventilation and access. Use the adjustable feet to level the appliance, preventing excessive vibration and noise during operation.

4. Water Connection

Connect the water inlet hose to a cold water tap with a 3/4" thread. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent leaks.

5. Drain Connection

Position the drain hose into a standpipe or over the edge of a sink, ensuring it is securely fastened to prevent displacement during the drain cycle. The drain hose should be at a height between 60 cm and 100 cm from the floor.

6. Electrical Connection

Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage and frequency match the specifications of your appliance.

Operating Instructions

1. Control Panel Overview

The control panel consists of a program selector dial, function buttons, and indicator lights. Refer to Figure 1 for a visual guide.

• Program Selector Dial: Used to select the desired wash program.
• Start/Pause Button: To start or pause a wash cycle.
• Delayed Start Button: To set a delayed start time (3, 6, or 9 hours).

2. Loading Laundry

Open the door and load the laundry into the drum. Do not overload the machine; the maximum capacity is 4 kg. Close the door firmly.

3. Adding Detergent

Pull out the detergent dispenser drawer. Add the appropriate amount of detergent and fabric softener to the designated compartments.

4. Program Selection

Turn the program selector dial to choose the desired wash program. Common programs include:

• Normal Cotton 60°: Standard program for normally soiled cotton laundry.
• Standard Cotton 40°: Standard program for normally soiled cotton laundry.
• Other programs for various fabric types and soil levels.

5. Starting a Cycle

Press the Start/Pause button to begin the wash cycle. The indicator lights will show the progress of the cycle.

6. Delayed Start Function

To use the delayed start function, select your program, then press the Delayed Start button repeatedly to choose a delay of 3, 6, or 9 hours. Press Start/Pause to confirm. The machine will begin the cycle after the selected delay.

7. Ending a Cycle

Once the cycle is complete, the machine will stop, and the corresponding indicator light will illuminate. Open the door and remove your laundry.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your washing machine. Always unplug the appliance before performing any maintenance.

1. Cleaning the Exterior

Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

2. Cleaning the Detergent Dispenser

Remove the detergent dispenser drawer and rinse it under running water to remove any detergent residue. Clean the compartment housing with a brush if necessary.

3. Cleaning the Drum

Periodically run a maintenance wash cycle (e.g., a hot wash with no laundry and a descaling agent) to clean the drum and remove any build-up.

4. Cleaning the Filter

The filter, usually located at the bottom front of the machine, should be cleaned regularly to prevent blockages. Place a shallow container beneath the filter to catch any residual water before unscrewing and removing the filter. Clean it thoroughly and reinsert.
