Setup Guide
Unboxing and Initial Charge
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure the parent unit is fully charged before first use. The parent unit features a rechargeable battery.

Camera Placement
Position the baby unit camera in a location that provides a clear view of your baby. Ensure it is at least 3 feet away from the crib to prevent entanglement with the power cord. The camera can be wall-mounted or placed on a flat surface.

Pairing Additional Cameras (if applicable)
The DXR-8 supports up to four cameras. To pair an additional camera, refer to the detailed instructions in the full user manual (link provided in support section).
Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
To power on the parent unit, press and hold the power button. To power off, press and hold the power button again.
Pan, Tilt, and Zoom
Use the directional buttons on the parent unit to remotely pan (move horizontally) and tilt (move vertically) the camera. The DXR-8 also features digital zoom for a closer view of your baby.

Two-Way Talk
Press and hold the "Talk" button on the parent unit to speak to your baby through the camera's speaker. Release the button to listen.
Night Vision
The camera automatically switches to infrared night vision in low-light conditions, providing a clear black-and-white image of your baby.

Interchangeable Lenses
The DXR-8 comes with a standard lens and supports optional zoom and wide-angle lenses (sold separately). These can be easily swapped to suit your monitoring needs.

Maintenance
Keep the monitor and camera units clean by wiping them with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Battery Care
The parent unit uses a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery. For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the unit frequently. Replace the battery if its performance significantly degrades. Replacement batteries are available from authorized retailers.
Troubleshooting
No Signal/Poor Connection
- Ensure both units are powered on and within range.
- Move the parent unit closer to the baby unit.
- Check for obstructions (thick walls, large appliances) that may interfere with the signal.
- Recharge the parent unit battery.
No Sound/Distorted Sound
- Adjust the volume level on the parent unit.
- Ensure the baby unit is not too far from the sound source.
