2.1. Front Panel Controls

FM Antenna Input (75 Ohm): Connects to the external FM antenna.
AM Antenna Input: Connects to the external AM antenna.
AUX IN: 3.5mm stereo input for connecting external audio devices.

3. Setup

3.1. Unpacking

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure you have the main unit, remote control, power cord, external FM antenna, and external AM antenna.

3.2. Power Connection

Connect the power cord to the 12VDC 800mA input on the rear panel.
Plug the other end of the power cord into a suitable wall outlet.

3.3. Antenna Connection

For FM reception, connect the external FM antenna to the FM Antenna Input (75 Ohm) on the rear panel. Extend the antenna for best reception.
For AM reception, connect the external AM antenna to the AM Antenna Input on the rear panel. Position the antenna for optimal signal.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Power On/Off and Source Selection

To power on the unit, rotate the Power/Source knob clockwise from the 'OFF' position.
Continue rotating the Power/Source knob to select your desired audio source: FM, AM, BT (Bluetooth), AUX, or CD.
To power off, rotate the Power/Source knob counter-clockwise to the 'OFF' position.

4.2. Radio Operation (AM/FM)

Select either 'FM' or 'AM' using the Power/Source knob.
Use the Tuning knob to scan for radio stations. The display will show the current frequency.
Adjust the position of the external antennas for improved reception if needed.

4.3. CD Player Operation

Select 'CD' using the Power/Source knob.
Gently insert an audio CD into the CD slot with the label side facing up. The unit will automatically load the CD.
Playback should begin automatically. Use the remote control or front panel buttons for Play/Pause, Skip Track, and Stop functions.
To eject the CD, press the Eject button (usually located near the CD slot or on the remote).

4.4. Bluetooth Operation

The Music System MSYBTCLA features Bluetooth 2.1 plus EDR with A2DP profile for high-quality wireless audio streaming.

Select 'BT' (Bluetooth) using the Power/Source knob. The unit will enter pairing mode, indicated on the display.
On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
Select 'Tivoli Audio MSYBTCLA' from the list of devices to pair.
Once paired, you can stream audio wirelessly from your device to the Music System.

4.5. Auxiliary Input

Select 'AUX' using the Power/Source knob.
Connect your external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, older audio source) to the 'AUX IN' port on the rear panel using a 3.5mm stereo audio cable.
Play audio from your connected device.

4.6. Setting the Clock and Alarm

The unit features an auto-set digital clock with battery backup and dual alarms.
