- The fixture has an IP20 protection rating, meaning it is protected against solid objects larger than 12.5mm but has no protection against water. Do not install in bathrooms or other areas where it may be exposed to moisture.
- Ensure proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
- Keep packaging materials out of reach of children.

Setup and Installation
Tools Required: Screwdriver, drill, wire strippers, voltage tester, pencil, measuring tape.
- Prepare for Installation:
- Turn off the electricity at the main circuit breaker to prevent electric shock.
- Carefully unpack the fixture and inspect it for any damage.
- Mounting the Fixture:
- Position the mounting bracket (usually attached to the fixture's base) against the ceiling at the desired location.
- Mark the drilling points with a pencil.
- Drill holes at the marked points and insert appropriate wall plugs (if required for your ceiling type).
- Secure the mounting bracket to the ceiling using the provided screws.
- Electrical Connection:
- Connect the household electrical wires to the corresponding terminals on the fixture. Typically:
- Brown or Red wire (Live) to the 'L' terminal.
- Blue or Black wire (Neutral) to the 'N' terminal.
- Green/Yellow wire (Earth) to the '⚡' (Earth) terminal.
- Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated.
- Connect the household electrical wires to the corresponding terminals on the fixture. Typically:
- Attaching the Fixture Body:
- Carefully attach the main body of the light fixture to the mounting bracket, securing it with the screws or fasteners provided.
- Bulb Installation:
- Gently remove the opal diffuser by unscrewing the decorative nuts or clips.
- Screw two E27 bulbs into the lamp holders. Ensure each bulb does not exceed 60W.
- Carefully reattach the opal diffuser and secure it.
- Final Step:
- Restore power at the main circuit breaker and test the light fixture.

Operating Instructions
Once properly installed and powered, the Rabalux 5421 UFO Ceiling Light operates via a standard wall switch connected to your household electrical circuit.
- Turning On/Off: Use the wall switch to turn the light fixture on or off.
- Dimmable Feature: This fixture is designed to be dimmable. To utilize this feature, you must use compatible dimmable E27 bulbs and connect the fixture to a suitable dimmer switch (both sold separately). Follow the instructions provided with your dimmer switch and dimmable bulbs for proper operation.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: To clean the fixture, ensure the power is off. Wipe the wooden frame and metal parts with a soft, dry cloth. The opal diffuser can be gently wiped with a slightly damp cloth, then dried immediately. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish.
- Bulb Replacement:
- Turn off the power supply at the circuit breaker.
- Carefully remove the opal diffuser.
- Unscrew the old E27 bulb(s) counter-clockwise.
- Screw in new E27 bulb(s) clockwise, ensuring they do not exceed 60W each.
- Reattach the opal diffuser securely.
- Restore power and test the light.
