Setup
1. Charging Your Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge your BackBeat Go 2 earbuds and the charging case.
- Charging the Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated. The LED indicator on the case will blink every ten seconds until the earbuds are fully charged.
- Charging the Case: Connect the Micro USB charger to the charging case and a power source. Two LEDs on the charging case indicate its battery level.
A 20-minute charge provides approximately one hour of listening time. The DeepSleep hibernation mode can preserve battery for up to six months when the earbuds are away from your phone.
