- Install Playing Field: Carefully place the playing field into the assembled cabinet. The playing field measures approximately 102 x 58 cm and features slightly raised corners to keep the ball in play.

4. Operating Instructions
The HUDORA Glasgow Foosball Table is designed for engaging and competitive play. Here are the basic operating instructions:
- Starting Play: Use the double-sided ball throw mechanism located on the side of the table to introduce one of the three included balls onto the playing field.
- Controlling Players: Grip the handles firmly. Push and pull the rods to move your players forward and backward. Rotate the handles to spin your players and kick the ball.
- Scoring: A goal is scored when the ball enters the opponent's goal box. Use the manual score counters at each end of the table to keep track of points.
- Fair Play: Avoid spinning rods excessively or slamming them against the table, as this can damage the table and disrupt fair play.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance will extend the life of your foosball table and ensure optimal playing conditions.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the playing surface and exterior of the table with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Rod Lubrication: Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the steel rods periodically to ensure smooth movement. Do not use oil-based lubricants, as they can attract dust and grime.
- Check Fasteners: Periodically inspect all screws, bolts, and connections. Tighten any loose fasteners to maintain the table's stability and structural integrity.
- Ball Storage: Store the balls in a safe place when not in use to prevent loss.
6. Troubleshooting
Here are some common issues and their solutions:
- Rods are Sticking: Apply silicone lubricant to the rods. Ensure the rods are clean and free of debris.
- Table is Uneven: Adjust the height-adjustable feet on the legs until the table is level. Use a spirit level for accuracy.
- Loose Players or Handles: Tighten the screws or bolts that secure the players to the rods and the handles to the rods.
- Ball Jumps Off Playing Field: Ensure the table is level. Check if the playing field is properly seated. Reduce the force of shots if consistently happening.
