Setup

1. Attach the Mount to your TomTom Device:

   Align the EasyPort mount with the corresponding slot on the back of your TomTom GO 400 Series device. Gently push the mount into place until it clicks securely. The mount is designed to integrate seamlessly with the device.

2. Attach the Mount to the Windshield:

   Choose a clean, smooth area on your vehicle's windshield that does not obstruct your view. Press the suction cup firmly against the glass. Twist the ring on the mount base clockwise until it locks into position, creating a strong vacuum seal.

   To remove the mount, twist the ring counter-clockwise to release the vacuum, then gently pull the tab on the suction cup.

Operating the Mount

The EasyPort mount is designed for convenience and flexibility.

• Adjusting Position: Once attached, you can adjust the angle of your TomTom device for optimal viewing. The mount allows for rotation and tilt to suit your preference.
• Folding Mechanism: The mount features a foldaway design. When not in use, or for storage, the mount can be folded neatly against the back of your device, making it compact and easy to carry.

Maintenance

• Cleaning the Suction Cup: If the suction cup loses its grip, clean it with warm, soapy water and let it air dry. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
• General Cleaning: Wipe the mount with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents.
• Storage: When not in use, store the mount and device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

Mount not sticking to windshield:

Ensure the windshield surface is clean and dry. Clean the suction cup with warm, soapy water and allow it to air dry. Press firmly and twist the locking ring clockwise until secure.

Device feels loose on the mount:

Verify that the device is fully seated in the mount's slot and that the twist-lock mechanism (if applicable) is engaged. Ensure no debris is preventing a secure connection.

Mount is difficult to adjust:

Check for any dirt or debris in the swivel joints. If the mount has a tightening screw, ensure it is not overtightened. Adjust gently.
