Setup Guide

Setting Time and Date

1. In normal time mode, press the MODE button repeatedly until the time setting mode is displayed (usually indicated by flashing digits).
2. Use the RESET or ST/STP button to adjust the flashing digit (hours, minutes, seconds).
3. Press the MODE button again to move to the next setting (e.g., date, month, day of week).
4. Repeat step 2 to adjust each setting.
5. Once all settings are correct, press the MODE button to return to normal time display.

Setting Alarm

1. From normal time mode, press the MODE button to cycle through modes until the alarm setting mode is displayed.
2. Use the RESET or ST/STP button to set the desired alarm time.
3. Press the MODE button to confirm the alarm time and exit the setting mode.
4. To activate/deactivate the alarm, typically press the RESET button while in alarm mode.

Operating Modes

Chronograph (Stopwatch)

• Press the MODE button to enter Chronograph mode.
• Press ST/STP to start and stop the timer.
• Press RESET to reset the timer to zero.
• For lap time, press RESET while the timer is running to display the lap time. Press ST/STP to continue timing.

Dual Time

• This feature allows you to set and view a second time zone.
• Press the MODE button to navigate to the Dual Time mode.
• Follow similar steps as setting the main time to adjust the dual time.

Backlight Function

• Press the EL (Electro-Luminescent) button to illuminate the display for easy viewing in low-light conditions.

Water Resistance

This watch is water resistant to 330 feet (100 meters). This makes it suitable for snorkeling and swimming. However, it is not recommended for scuba diving. Avoid pressing buttons underwater to prevent water ingress.
