Introduction
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the operation and maintenance of your Armitron Sport Women's Digital Chronograph Resin Strap Watch, Model 45/7034BLK. Designed for durability and functionality, this watch features a slim oval case with a clear LCD display, offering essential timekeeping functions including day, date, time, seconds, chronograph, alarm, and a second time zone. Its water resistance makes it suitable for various activities.
Setup and Initial Configuration
1. Setting Time and Date
Your watch features four control buttons: MODE (bottom left), RESET (top left), ST/STP (top right), and EL (bottom right, for backlight).
- Press the MODE button repeatedly until the time setting mode is displayed (usually indicated by flashing digits).
- Use the RESET button to select the digit or setting you wish to adjust (e.g., hours, minutes, year, month, day).
- Use the ST/STP button to increase the selected value. Hold to rapidly advance.
- Once all settings are correct, press the MODE button to exit the setting mode and return to normal time display.
2. Strap Adjustment
The resin strap is designed with multiple holes and a traditional buckle closure to ensure a comfortable and secure fit for various wrist sizes. Adjust the buckle to the desired hole for a snug yet comfortable fit that allows for proper blood circulation.

4. Second Time Zone
This watch supports a second time zone. Consult the full user manual (link provided in Warranty & Support) for detailed instructions on setting and switching between time zones, as this can vary by specific watch module.
5. Backlight (EL)
Press the EL button (bottom right) to illuminate the display for easy reading in low-light conditions. The backlight will remain active for a few seconds.
6. Water Resistance
The watch is water resistant to 100 meters (330 feet). This rating makes it suitable for swimming and snorkeling. It is not recommended for scuba diving or high-impact water sports where water pressure might exceed the watch's rating.

Maintenance
1. Battery Replacement
The watch requires one Lithium Metal battery (CR1616). Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and maintain water resistance. If replacing yourself, carefully remove the four small screws on the back case using a precision screwdriver. Note the battery orientation. After replacement, ensure the gasket is properly seated before re-securing the back case. Some models may require short-circuiting a specific contact point after battery replacement to reset the module; refer to the full user manual for details.

2. Cleaning
To clean your watch, wipe the case and resin strap with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by rinsing with clean water and thorough drying. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the watch's finish or strap.
3. Storage
When not in use for extended periods, store your watch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keeping it in its original packaging or a watch box can help protect it from dust and scratches.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
