1. Important Safety Information

- To disconnect, turn any control to “off,” then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Oversize foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in a toaster oven as they may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
- A fire may occur if the toaster oven is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation.
- Do not place any materials other than manufacturer’s recommended accessories in this oven when not in use.
- Do not place cardboard, plastic, paper, or other combustible materials in the oven.
- Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, creating a risk of electric shock.
- Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer’s recommended accessories, in this oven when not in use.

- Main Unit: Stainless steel convection toaster oven.

4. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the toaster oven and all accessories from the packaging. Remove any packing materials, stickers, or labels.
- Clean: Wash all removable parts (racks, baking pan, rotisserie accessories, crumb tray) in warm, soapy water. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
- Placement: Place the toaster oven on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 4 inches of space on all sides and above). Do not place it directly under cabinets or near flammable materials.
- First Use (Burn-Off): Before first use, plug in the oven and turn the temperature knob to 450°F (230°C) and the function knob to 'Bake'. Set the timer for 15 minutes. This helps burn off any manufacturing oils and odors. A slight odor or smoke is normal during this process. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

General Operation:
The toaster oven features four control knobs for precise cooking:
- Top Knob: Temperature control (Warm to 450°F / 230°C).
- Second Knob: Function selector (Keep Warm, Rotisserie, Convection, Bake, Broil, Toast/Bagel).
- Third Knob: Timer (up to 60 minutes with stay-on option).
- Bottom Knob: Toast Shade selector (for Toast/Bagel function).
Cooking Functions:
- Bake:
- Place food on the baking pan or appropriate oven-safe dish on the wire rack.
- Turn the Function knob to 'Bake'.
- Turn the Temperature knob to the desired temperature.
- Turn the Timer knob to the desired cooking time. The oven will preheat and begin baking.
- Broil:
- Place food on the baking pan. For best results, position food closer to the top heating elements.
- Turn the Function knob to 'Broil'.
- Turn the Temperature knob to 'Broil' (usually 450°F / 230°C).
- Turn the Timer knob to the desired broiling time. Monitor food closely to prevent burning.
- Toast/Bagel:
- Place bread or bagels directly on the wire rack.
- Turn the Function knob to 'Toast' or 'Bagel'.
- Turn the Toast Shade knob to select your desired darkness.
- Turn the Timer knob past 20 minutes, then back to the desired toast time. The oven will begin toasting.
- Rotisserie:
- Prepare meat (e.g., chicken up to 3.5 lbs) by securing it onto the rotisserie rod with the forks.
- Insert the rotisserie assembly into the oven's rotisserie slots. Ensure the drip pan is placed below.
- Turn the Function knob to 'Rotisserie'.
- Turn the Temperature knob to the recommended temperature for your meat.
- Turn the Timer knob to the desired cooking time. The rotisserie will begin to turn.
- Keep Warm:
- Place cooked food on the baking pan or oven-safe dish.
- Turn the Function knob to 'Keep Warm'.
- Turn the Temperature knob to 'Warm'.
- Turn the Timer knob to the desired duration or to 'Stay On' for continuous warming.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your toaster oven.
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Crumb Tray: Slide out the crumb tray from the bottom of the oven. Discard crumbs and wash the tray in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Racks and Pans: Wash the wire racks, baking pan, and rotisserie accessories in warm, soapy water. These parts are also dishwasher safe.
- Interior: Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild liquid soap solution. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive sponge or cloth can be used.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners or polishes.
- Door: Clean the glass door with a damp cloth or glass cleaner. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal tools that could scratch the glass.
7. Troubleshooting
