2. Important Safety Instructions
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury.
- Read all instructions before operating the appliance.

3. Unpacking and Initial Setup
Carefully remove the grill from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any shipping damage. If damage is found, contact your supplier immediately. Retain all packaging materials for future transport or if the unit needs to be returned.
3.1 Placement
- Place the grill on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation, especially from walls and other heat-sensitive materials.
- Do not place the unit near flammable materials or heat sources.
3.2 Electrical Connection
The Eurodib PDR3000 requires a NEMA 6-20P plug and operates on 208-240V/60Hz/1-ph, 3000 watts, 15.7 amps. Ensure the electrical supply matches these specifications and that a dedicated circuit is available.
- Connect the power cord to a properly grounded electrical outlet.
- Do not use extension cords or adapters.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Pre-heating
- Ensure the grill is clean and the grease tray is properly installed.
- Plug the unit into the appropriate electrical outlet.
- Turn the desired thermostat knob(s) to the desired temperature (up to 572°F / 300°C). The indicator light will illuminate.
- Allow the grill to pre-heat for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until the indicator light turns off, indicating the set temperature has been reached.
4.2 Cooking
- Carefully place the food item onto the bottom ribbed cooking plate.
- Gently lower the top ribbed cooking plate onto the food item using the handle.
- Cook for the recommended time, monitoring the food to achieve desired results.
- Once cooking is complete, carefully lift the top plate and remove the food using heat-resistant utensils.
4.3 After Use
- Turn the thermostat knob(s) to the "OFF" position.
- Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.
- Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your grill and ensure optimal performance.
5.1 Daily Cleaning
- Ensure the grill is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning.
- Remove the grease tray and empty it. Wash the tray with warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
- Using a non-abrasive brush or scraper, remove any food residue from the cooking plates.
- Wipe the cooking plates with a damp cloth. For stubborn residue, a mild detergent can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth to remove all soap residue.
- Wipe down the exterior stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry with a soft cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surfaces.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water or spray directly with water.
5.2 Periodic Maintenance
