Setup

1. Install Batteries: Unscrew the cap at the bottom of the handle. Insert two (2) fully charged C batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Replace the cap securely.
2. Test Unit: Slide and hold the power button located on the handle. A red indicator light should illuminate, signifying the unit is active and ready for use. Release the button to turn off the unit.

Operating Instructions

1. Activate: Slide and hold the power button on the handle. The indicator light will turn red.
2. Zap Insects: Gently swing the racket towards flying insects to make contact with the electrified grid. A 'zap' sound indicates successful elimination.
3. Safety Feature: The sliding switch is a built-in safety mechanism. The unit will automatically deactivate when the power button is released.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the zapping grid with a dry brush to remove any insect debris. Ensure the unit is OFF and the power button is not pressed during cleaning.
