2. Important Safety Information
WARNING: Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
- This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handles when moving this heater.
- Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Discard heater or return to authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- To disconnect heater, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable vapors or liquids are used or stored.
- Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.

4. Setup
The Comfort Glow QDE1320 heater requires no assembly. Simply place the unit on a stable, flat surface in the desired indoor location, ensuring adequate clearance from combustible materials (at least 3 feet from the front, sides, and rear).
Plug the grounded safety plug directly into a 120V, 12.5A (minimum) grounded wall outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.

5. Operating Instructions
Your Comfort Glow heater can be operated using the touchpad control panel on the unit or the multi-function remote control.
5.1 Power On/Off
- Press the Power button on the control panel or remote to turn the heater ON or OFF.
5.2 Heat Settings
The heater offers three heat settings:
- ECO Mode: Energy-saving mode that automatically adjusts heat output to maintain a comfortable temperature while minimizing power consumption.
- Low (1000W): Provides moderate heat output.
- High (1500W): Delivers maximum heat output for faster warming.
Use the Mode button on the control panel or remote to cycle through the available heat settings.
5.3 Adjustable Thermostat
The adjustable thermostat allows you to set your desired room temperature.
- Use the Up/Down arrows on the control panel or remote to increase or decrease the target temperature. The digital LED display will show the set temperature.
5.4 12-Hour Programmable Timer
Set the heater to operate for a specific duration using the timer function.
- Press the Timer button on the control panel or remote to activate the timer. Each press will increase the operating time in 1-hour increments, up to 12 hours.
- The heater will automatically turn off once the set time has elapsed.
