Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press the Power button. The power indicator light will illuminate.
- Select Pouch Thickness: Choose between 3-mil or 5-mil settings based on your laminating pouch thickness. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
- Warm-up: Allow the laminator to warm up for approximately 5-6 minutes. The READY indicator light will turn green when the machine is ready for use.
- Prepare Document: Place your document or photo inside a laminating pouch. Ensure the document is centered and there is at least 1/8 inch of clear space around the edges for a proper seal.
- Insert Pouch: Insert the sealed edge of the laminating pouch into the input slot. The machine will automatically feed the pouch through.
- Lamination Process: The pouch will pass through the heated rollers and exit the machine. Do not pull the pouch during the lamination process.
- Cool Down & Trim: Once the laminated item exits, allow it to cool completely on a flat surface before handling or trimming. If trimming is needed, do so only after lamination is complete and the pouch has cooled.
- Auto Shutoff: The laminator features an auto shutoff function after one hour of inactivity to conserve energy.
