Setup and Assembly

The Master MH-135T-KFA heater requires some assembly before first use. Follow these steps carefully:

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Check for any shipping damage.
  2. Wheel and Handle Installation: Attach the heavy-duty pneumatic wheels and handles to the heater frame using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened.

  4. Fueling: Fill the 10-gallon fuel tank with clean kerosene, JP8, Jet A fuel, 1 and 2 fuel oil, or 1 and 2 diesel. Do not overfill. Always refuel outdoors and away from ignition sources.
  5. Power Connection: Connect the heater to a grounded electrical outlet using the integrated extension cord wrap. Ensure the power supply matches the heater's requirements.

Operating Instructions

Starting the Heater:

  1. Ensure the heater is properly fueled and connected to a power source.
  2. Turn the Power On/Off switch to the "ON" position.
  3. Set the thermostat to the desired temperature. The heater will automatically ignite and begin heating.
  4. Monitor the digital temperature readout and LED diagnostics for operational status.

Shutting Down the Heater:

  1. Turn the Power On/Off switch to the "OFF" position.
