3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

To power your APEX LD100RM remote control, you will need two AAA batteries (not included).

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.

  3. Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the markings inside the compartment.
  4. Slide the battery compartment cover back into place until it clicks securely.

  • Power On/Off: Press the Power button once to turn the TV on or off.
  • Volume Control: Use the VOL + button to increase volume and VOL - to decrease volume.
  • Channel Selection: Use the CH ^ button to go to the next channel and CH v to go to the previous channel. For direct channel input, use the Number Buttons (0-9).
  • Mute Audio: Press the MUTE button to temporarily silence the TV audio. Press again to restore sound.
  • Input Source: Press the INPUT button to cycle through available input sources (e.g., HDMI1, HDMI2, AV).

4.2 Advanced Functions

  • Accessing Menus: Press the MENU button to open the main TV menu. Use the Navigation Arrows (Up, Down, Left, Right) to move between options and ENTER to select.
  • Exiting Menus: Press the EXIT button to close the current menu or return to live TV. The RETURN button can also take you back to the previous menu screen.
