3. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the components of your JAM ZZZ Wireless Alarm Clock.
3.1 Front View

- Time Set Button: Used to adjust the current time.
- Alarm 1/2 Set Buttons: Used to set and activate Alarm 1 and Alarm 2.
- Volume Up/Down: Adjusts the audio output volume.
- Play/Pause/Bluetooth Pairing: Controls audio playback and initiates Bluetooth pairing.
- Snooze/Dimmer: Activates snooze during an alarm or adjusts display brightness.
- Power Button: Turns the unit on or off.
4. Setup
4.1 Power Connection
- Connect the provided power adapter to the DC IN port on the back of the JAM ZZZ Wireless Alarm Clock.
- Plug the other end of the power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
- The display will illuminate, indicating the unit is receiving power.
4.2 Setting the Time
- Press and hold the Time Set button until the hour digits begin to flash.
- Use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to adjust the hour. Press Time Set again to confirm the hour.
- The minute digits will now flash. Use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to adjust the minutes. Press Time Set again to confirm the minutes.
- The time is now set.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Setting and Activating Alarms
The JAM ZZZ features two independent alarms (Alarm 1 and Alarm 2).
- Press and hold the Alarm 1 Set button (or Alarm 2 Set) until the alarm hour digits begin to flash.
- Use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to adjust the alarm hour. Press the respective Alarm Set button again to confirm.
- The alarm minute digits will now flash. Use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to adjust the alarm minutes. Press the respective Alarm Set button again to confirm.
- The alarm is now set and activated. An alarm icon will appear on the display.
- To deactivate an alarm, press the corresponding Alarm Set button once. The alarm icon will disappear.
5.2 Snooze Function
When an alarm sounds, press the Snooze/Dimmer button to temporarily silence the alarm for approximately 9 minutes. The alarm will sound again after the snooze period.
5.3 Adjusting Display Brightness (Dimmer)
When no alarm is sounding, press the Snooze/Dimmer button repeatedly to cycle through different display brightness levels (High, Medium, Low, Off).
5.4 Bluetooth Pairing and Playback
The JAM ZZZ can stream audio wirelessly from any Bluetooth-enabled device.
- Ensure the JAM ZZZ is powered on.
- Press and hold the Play/Pause/Bluetooth Pairing button until the Bluetooth indicator on the display begins to flash rapidly. The unit is now in pairing mode.
- On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "JAM ZZZ" from the list of devices.
- Once paired, the Bluetooth indicator on the JAM ZZZ will glow solid, and a confirmation tone may sound.
- You can now play audio from your device, and it will stream through the JAM ZZZ speakers.
- Use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons on the JAM ZZZ or your connected device to adjust the volume.
- Press the Play/Pause/Bluetooth Pairing button once to play or pause audio.
5.5 Using the Speakerphone
When your smartphone is connected via Bluetooth and a call comes in:
- Press the Play/Pause/Bluetooth Pairing button once to answer the call.
- Speak into the built-in microphone on the JAM ZZZ.
- Press the Play/Pause/Bluetooth Pairing button again to end the call.
5.6 USB Charging Port
The USB port on the back of the unit is for charging external devices only. Connect your smartphone or other USB-powered device using its charging cable to this port. The JAM ZZZ must be powered on for charging to occur.
5.7 AUX Input
To connect a non-Bluetooth audio device:
- Connect a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) from the headphone jack or audio output of your device to the AUX IN port on the back of the JAM ZZZ.
- The unit will automatically switch to AUX input mode.
- Control playback and volume from your connected device.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the unit. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Storage: If storing the unit for an extended period, unplug it from the power outlet and store it in a cool, dry place.
7. Troubleshooting
