Getting Started

Battery Installation

The NuVita HBC1000 system requires batteries for operation. (Batteries not included.)

1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the main unit.
2. Gently slide or unclip the cover to open the compartment.
3. Insert the required batteries (e.g., 2 x AA batteries, specific type not provided in product data, please refer to packaging) ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely until it clicks into place.

Attaching Applicators

To attach an applicator head:

1. Ensure the main unit is turned OFF.
2. Align the desired applicator head with the rotating shaft on the main unit.
3. Gently push the applicator head onto the shaft until it clicks securely into place. Do not force it.
4. To remove an applicator, gently pull it straight off the shaft.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

The NuVita HBC1000 features a simple slide switch for operation.

1. To turn the device ON, slide the switch upwards towards the 'ON' position.
2. To turn the device OFF, slide the switch downwards towards the 'OFF' position.

Using the Cleansing System

Follow these steps for an effective cleansing and toning routine:

1. Prepare Your Skin: Dampen your skin with water and apply your preferred cleanser directly to your skin or to the chosen applicator head.
2. Select Applicator: Choose the appropriate applicator for your needs:
• Normal Brush: Ideal for daily cleansing and removing makeup.

• Sensitive Brush: Features extremely soft bristles, gentle enough for the most sensitive skin types.

• Sponge Hydration Applicator: Use to evenly apply your daily moisturizer or serum for ultra-soft skin.

3. Begin Cleansing: Turn the device ON. Gently move the rotating applicator in small, circular motions across your skin. Avoid pressing too hard.
4. Duration: Use for approximately 1-2 minutes per area, or as desired.
5. Rinse: After cleansing, turn the device OFF. Rinse your face and the applicator head thoroughly with water.
6. Pat Dry: Gently pat your skin dry with a clean towel.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your NuVita system.

Cleaning the Device and Applicators

• After each use, remove the applicator head from the main unit.
• Rinse the applicator head thoroughly under running water. You may use a mild soap if necessary.
• Allow the applicator head to air dry completely before reattaching or storing.
• Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
• Clean the storage cradle periodically with a damp cloth.

Storage

Store the NuVita HBC1000 system in its convenient storage cradle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
