General Care
To ensure longevity and optimal performance, keep the stapler clean and free of dust. Periodically check for any loose parts and ensure the staple slide mechanism operates smoothly.
Troubleshooting
- Staples not penetrating paper: Ensure you are using the correct staple size for the number of sheets. Check if the staples are loaded correctly (top facing up).
- Staples jamming frequently: Verify that the staple slide mechanism is fully inserted and engaged. Use high-quality staples of the correct size. Refer to the "Clearing Staple Jams" section for removal.
- Staples clinching improperly: This can be due to incorrect staple size or worn parts. Ensure the stapler is placed on a flat, stable surface during operation.
