Venta LW25 Original Humidifier Instruction Manual

Model: LW25

Introduction

The Venta LW25 Original Humidifier is designed to humidify dry room air in spaces up to 430 square feet using evaporative humidification. This filter-free system is hygienic, simple to use, and easy to clean. It helps maintain optimal indoor air quality by humidifying air to an ideal 40-60% humidity level, which can reduce static electricity and preserve wooden furnishings.

The Venta LW25 operates on the principle of cold evaporation, a method recognized for its efficiency and hygiene. It does not require filters, simplifying maintenance and reducing operational costs. The unit features a disk stack that rotates in a water reservoir, allowing clean water to evaporate and humidify the air.

Setup and Initial Operation

Unpacking and Placement

  1. Carefully remove the humidifier from its packaging.
  2. Place the unit on a flat, stable surface in the desired room. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for optimal air circulation.

Filling the Water Reservoir

  1. Separate the upper housing from the lower water reservoir.
  2. Fill the lower water reservoir with fresh tap water. The capacity is approximately 2 gallons. Do not overfill.
  3. Add the recommended amount of Venta Water Treatment Additive to the water. This helps maintain hygiene and prevents mineral buildup.
  4. Carefully place the upper housing back onto the water reservoir, ensuring it is securely seated.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Press the power button to turn the unit on or off. The unit will automatically begin humidifying the air.

Fan Speed Adjustment

The Venta LW25 typically offers multiple fan speed settings (e.g., low, medium, high). Adjust the fan speed according to your preference and the desired humidification rate. Higher fan speeds will humidify the air more quickly but may produce more ambient noise.
