Setup and Installation

Mounting
The KEO-B LCD thermostat is designed for flush-mounting in standard 3-module boxes (Type 503). Its design allows for easy integration with existing structures without modifications.
Use the provided adapters to integrate the thermostat with the plates of major civil series, ensuring a consistent design with your home environment.
Wiring
Connect the two wires from your heating system to terminals 1 and 2 on the thermostat. Terminal 1 is typically for the Normally Open (NA) contact, and Terminal 2 is for the Common (COM) contact. Refer to the wiring diagram for precise connections.
Battery Installation
The thermostat operates on 2 x 1.5V AAA batteries. This provides a practical solution without the need for an electrical connection, ideal for flexible installations.
To install or replace batteries:
- Carefully remove the front panel of the thermostat.
- Insert two AAA batteries into the designated compartment, observing the correct polarity (+/-).
- Replace the front panel.
Operation
Display and Backlight
The LCD display provides clear visibility of the temperature and settings. The backlight ensures readability even in dimly lit environments. The backlight can be deactivated, which is useful in areas like bedrooms.
Temperature Adjustment
The thermostat features two physical buttons for easy temperature regulation. Use the up and down arrow buttons to set your desired temperature.
The KEO-B LCD thermostat provides manual temperature control, allowing you to directly adjust the setpoint as needed.
Maintenance
Battery Replacement
