Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials from the kettle and its base. Ensure all components are present.
- First Use Cleaning: Before initial use, fill the kettle with fresh water to the maximum fill line. Bring the water to a boil, then discard it. Repeat this process at least twice to remove any manufacturing residues.
- Placement: Place the power base on a dry, flat, stable surface away from the edge of the counter. Ensure the power cord is not dangling where it can be pulled or tripped over.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
- Filling the Kettle: Remove the kettle from its power base. Press the lid release button to open the lid. Fill the kettle with fresh water, ensuring it is between the minimum (0.5L) and maximum (1.5L) fill lines. Close the lid securely.
- Placing on Base: Place the kettle firmly onto its power base. The kettle is cordless and can be rotated 360 degrees on the base.
- Setting Temperature: Use the temperature control slider located on the front of the power base to select your desired water temperature (from 50°C to 100°C). The integrated temperature gauge on the kettle body will display the current water temperature.
- Starting Boil: Press the ON/OFF switch located on the handle. The indicator light will illuminate, and the kettle will begin heating the water.
- Automatic Shut-off: The kettle will automatically turn off once the selected temperature is reached or if the kettle boils dry.
- Serving: Carefully lift the kettle from the base and pour the hot water. The double-wall insulation helps keep the exterior cool to the touch.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure optimal performance and longevity of your kettle.
- Exterior Cleaning: Unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish.
- Interior Cleaning/Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas.
- Fill the kettle with a mixture of 1 part white vinegar and 2 parts water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it stand for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy buildup.
- Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly with fresh water several times.
- For stubborn deposits, gently scrub the interior with a non-abrasive brush or sponge.
- Alternatively, use a commercial descaling solution following the product's instructions.
- Lime Filter: The kettle is equipped with a replaceable lime filter located behind the spout. Regularly check the filter for buildup. To clean, remove the filter and rinse it under running water. If heavily scaled, soak it in a vinegar solution. Ensure the filter is securely re-inserted before use.
