Setting Temperature and Time:
- Ensure the lid is securely placed on the glass bowl.
- Turn the Temperature dial to your desired cooking temperature (range: 180°F to 400°F).
- Turn the Timer dial to your desired cooking time (up to 60 minutes). The appliance will automatically begin heating once both are set.
- The Heat indicator light will illuminate when the heating element is active.
- When the timer reaches zero, the appliance will automatically shut off and emit an audible signal.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your air fryer. The Big Boss Air Fryer features a convenient auto-clean function and dishwasher-safe components.

The auto-clean function simplifies the cleaning process for the glass bowl.
Auto-Clean Function:
- After cooking, allow the glass bowl to cool slightly.
- Add a small amount of warm water and a few drops of dish soap to the glass bowl.
- Place the lid back on the unit.
- Set the timer to 5-10 minutes and the temperature to 250°F (Thaw/Wash setting).
- The appliance will circulate the soapy water, helping to loosen food residue.
- Once complete, unplug the unit, carefully remove the lid, and discard the soapy water.
Manual Cleaning:
