Setup and Deployment

Unfolding the Shears

1. Hold the folded shears firmly.
2. Locate the two triangular release buttons on the side of the tool.
3. Press both buttons simultaneously and extend the handles until they lock into the open position.
4. Ensure both handles are securely locked before use.

3. Ring Cutter
