2. Package Contents

3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to correctly assemble your drum set. Ensure all components are securely fastened.

3.1. Bass Drum Assembly

1. Carefully place the bass drum shell on a soft surface to prevent scratches.
2. Install the bass drum heads (batter and resonant) onto the shell, ensuring they are centered.
3. Place the hoops over the drum heads and align the tension rod holes.
4. Insert the tension rods and finger-tighten them evenly around the drum. Use the provided drum key for final tuning.
5. Attach the bass drum spurs (legs) to the bass drum shell. Adjust their length and angle to provide stability.
6. Attach the P930 Demonator Kick Pedal to the bass drum hoop. Ensure it is securely clamped.

3.2. Tom-Tom Drums Assembly

1. Install the drum heads and hoops onto the 12" and 13" tom-tom shells, following the same procedure as the bass drum.
2. Attach the Opti-Loc tom mounts to the tom-toms.
3. Insert the tom holders into the bass drum mount. Position the tom-toms at a comfortable playing angle and height, then tighten all clamps.

3.3. Floor Tom Assembly

1. Install the drum heads and hoops onto the 16" floor tom shell.
2. Insert the three floor tom legs into their respective brackets on the shell. Adjust the height for comfortable playing.

3.4. Snare Drum Assembly

1. Install the drum heads and hoops onto the 14"x5.5" snare drum shell. The snare comes with a REMO batter head.
2. Assemble the snare drum stand. Place the snare drum into the basket of the stand and adjust its height and angle.

3.5. Hi-Hat Cymbals Assembly

1. Assemble the hi-hat stand, ensuring the clutch mechanism is correctly installed.
2. Place the bottom hi-hat cymbal onto the stand.
3. Attach the top hi-hat cymbal to the clutch and place it on the stand, adjusting the gap between the cymbals.

3.6. Crash and Ride Cymbals Assembly

1. Assemble the cymbal stands (crash and ride).
2. Place the cymbals onto their respective stands, using felts and wing nuts to secure them without overtightening.

3.7. Drum Throne Assembly

1. Assemble the base of the drum throne.
2. Attach the seat to the base and adjust the height for comfortable playing posture.
