Setup
1. Speaker Connection
- Connect the speaker wires from each speaker to the corresponding speaker terminals on the rear of the main unit. Ensure correct polarity (red to red, black to black).
- Position the speakers to the left and right of the main unit for optimal stereo sound.
2. Antenna Connection
- FM Antenna: Connect the supplied FM wire antenna to the FM antenna terminal on the rear of the unit. Extend the wire for better reception.
- AM Antenna: Connect the supplied AM loop antenna to the AM antenna terminals. Rotate the antenna for optimal AM reception.
3. Power Connection
- Plug the power cord into the AC IN socket on the rear of the main unit.
- Plug the other end of the power cord into a standard AC wall outlet.
Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
- Press the POWER button on the main unit or remote control to turn the system on or off.
2. Source Selection
- Press the FUNCTION or SOURCE button on the main unit or remote control to cycle through available input sources: CD, Bluetooth, Tuner (AM/FM), Cassette, USB, AUX.
3. Volume Control
- Rotate the VOLUME knob on the main unit or press the VOL +/- buttons on the remote control to adjust the sound level.
4. Bluetooth Operation
- Select the BLUETOOTH function. The display will show "PAIRING" or "BLUETOOTH".
- On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "SHARP AUDIO" (or similar name) from the list of devices.
- Once paired, the system will indicate a successful connection. You can now stream audio from your device to the stereo system.
5. CD Player (5-Disc Multi-Play)
- Press the CD OPEN/CLOSE button to open the CD tray.
- Place up to five CDs onto the disc trays with the label side facing up.
- Press CD OPEN/CLOSE again to close the tray.
- Press PLAY to start playback. Use SKIP buttons to navigate tracks and DISC SKIP to change between loaded CDs.
6. Cassette Deck
- Press the OPEN/EJECT button on the cassette deck to open the cassette compartment.
- Insert a cassette tape with the open edge facing upwards.
- Close the compartment.
- Press PLAY to begin playback. Use STOP, REWIND, and FAST FORWARD buttons for control.
- To record, ensure the source is selected (e.g., CD, Tuner) and press the RECORD button on the cassette deck.
7. AM/FM Radio Tuner
- Select the TUNER function.
- Press the BAND button to switch between AM and FM bands.
- Use the TUNING +/- buttons to manually tune to a station or press and hold to auto-scan for the next available station.
- To store a preset station, tune to the desired station, then press MEMORY followed by a preset number button.
8. Auxiliary Input
- Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player) to the AUX IN jack on the front panel using a 3.5mm audio cable.
- Select the AUX function.
- Play audio from your connected device.
9. USB Playback/Recording
- Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port on the front panel.
- Select the USB function. The system will automatically detect and play compatible audio files (e.g., MP3).

- To record from a CD to USB, ensure the USB drive is inserted, select the CD function, and press the USB RECORD button.
