2. Setup and Assembly

  4. Attach the seat, backrest, and other padded components.

3. Operating Instructions

The HIGH POWER ST 3300 offers a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups. Always warm up before exercising and cool down afterwards.

3.1 Adjusting the Seat

The seat can be adjusted forward, backward, and in height to accommodate different user heights and exercise requirements. Locate the adjustment pins or levers, pull them out, slide the seat to the desired position, and ensure the pin locks securely into place before use.

3.2 Selecting Weight

The weight stack allows for easy adjustment of resistance. Insert the selector pin into the desired weight plate. Ensure the pin is fully inserted through the stack before starting your exercise.

3.3 Exercise Stations

  • Chest Press: Sit on the bench with your back against the backrest. Grip the handles and push forward, extending your arms. Control the return motion.
  • Butterfly (Pec Deck): Sit facing the butterfly arms. Place your forearms against the pads and bring them together in front of your chest.
  • High Pulley (Lat Pulldown): Attach the lat bar to the high pulley cable. Sit facing the machine, grip the bar, and pull it down towards your upper chest.
  • Low Pulley (Seated Row/Bicep Curl): Attach the appropriate handle (e.g., short bar, single handle) to the low pulley cable. Perform seated rows by pulling towards your torso or bicep curls by pulling towards your shoulders.
  • Leg Extension: Sit on the bench with your shins under the padded roller. Extend your legs upwards.
  • Leg Curl: Lie face down on the bench (if applicable) or sit facing away from the leg station with your ankles behind the padded roller. Curl your legs towards your glutes.
  • Leg Press: Position your feet on the leg press plate. Push away from the machine, extending your legs.

4. Maintenance

  • Weight Plates Sticking:
    • Lubricate the weight stack guide rods.
    • Ensure the selector pin is fully inserted and not bent.
    • Check for any debris between the weight plates.
