1. Battery Installation

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
- To turn on: Press the ZERO/POWER button. The display will show '0' or '0 g'.
- To turn off: Press and hold the ZERO/POWER button for a few seconds, or the scale will automatically shut off after a period of inactivity to conserve battery life.
2. Unit Conversion
Press the UNIT button to cycle through the available measurement units: grams (g), ounces (oz), milliliters (ml), and fluid ounces (fl.oz). The selected unit will be displayed on the screen.
3. Zero and Tare Functions
The tare function allows you to weigh multiple ingredients consecutively without removing the previous ones, or to subtract the weight of a container.
- Place an empty container on the scale. The display will show its weight.
- Press the ZERO/POWER button. The display will reset to '0'.
- Add the first ingredient to the container. The display will show the weight of the ingredient.
- To add another ingredient, press the ZERO/POWER button again to reset the display to '0', then add the next ingredient. Repeat as needed.
4. Weighing Items
- Turn on the scale and ensure the display shows '0'.
- Select your desired unit using the UNIT button.
- Place the item(s) directly onto the weighing platform or in a container (using the tare function).
- The weight will be displayed instantly.

Measuring Volume (Milk and Water)
This scale can also measure the volume of milk and water. Due to their specific densities, these liquids have dedicated volume units.
- Turn on the scale and place an empty container on it.
- Press the ZERO/POWER button to tare the container's weight.
- Press the UNIT button repeatedly until 'ml' or 'fl.oz' (for water) or 'ml milk' / 'fl.oz milk' (for milk) is displayed.
- Pour the liquid into the container. The display will show its volume.
Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the scale surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water.
